The following guide is to help you be ready.

It is intended to help you understand the process - the order of business, which is helpful to all - hosting club members and fellow participants.

ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO ARRIVE EARLY FOR SIGN ON!

With Ridernet pre-entry to our events - we are expecting sign-on to take less time

Riders will just be showing proof of membership, licence (plastic or day) and entry print-out; sign indemnity and get going quicker! 

Order of business is:

Sign On Must have Money for (if req'd): Enviromat, numbers
    Membership Proof (Ridernet)  
    Logbook (Juniors 7-U16) No Logbook = No Ride!
    Juniors 4-6 y.o. must undergo 'club induction' prior to participating 
    If U18 y.o. MUST bring Parent / Guardian OR resposible adult 18+ with signed Guardianship Form!
    Current Competition Licence, One Event Licence (purchased on Ridernet) 
    
Scrutineering Bring Bike in good reliable order & Clean Scrutineering is a Basic Safety Check Only!
    Helmet Must be Aust Standard
    Juniors = Body Armour  
    
Riders Brief Compulsory Attendance! 
    4 to U18 y.o. accompanied by Parent / Guardian
    Listen and Understand Motorcycle Racing can be Dangerous
Ride  To your ability & Enjoy your day!
    Obey Officials & Signs + use Enviromat when refuelling, etc
    Code of Conduct applies to you & your Pit Crew
Look after your pit crew - they Look After you!
Injury Reprt any Injury – First Aid always on site.
Canteen If available - Please support our local community organisations :) 
Presentations Immediately / ASAP after last lap, Please join in!
Help Please Please help pack up – it is greatly appreciated always!
